Functions of the Committies

• Development of buses for the day scholars, faculty and staff from different areas of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Bobbili, Salur and Kottavalasa, and notification of bus starting and departure times (to & fro) for the information of students, faculty and staff at the beginning of the semester, during examination and vacation.
• Repair and maintenance of buses (not under lease) from time to time
• Preparation of budget estimation for transport.
• Verification of Driving licences of drivers and fitness Certificates of buses
• Proposals for the Purchase of new buses as per the students registration.
• Preparation and Renewal of private bus contract as per the need.
