Preparing strategic plans for Institutional development.
Planning and Co-ordinating the execution of almost all the major academic and administrative aspects of the policy framework of the institution, including the tenets and canons of the organization promulgate by the statutory committees namely Governing Body, Academic council, Finance committee and Board of studies.
The committee is expected to monitor the processes of planning the budget for all the academic and administrative activities of the college.
The committee is expected to plan, propose and identify the social and industrial relevance of new academic programmes and new courses, and to evaluate the post-execution scenario of such courses and programme in the college.
