Functions of the Committies
- Development of buses for the day scholars, faculty and staff from different areas of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Bobbili, Saluru and Kottavalasa, and notification of bus starting and departure times (to & fro) for the information of students, faculty and staff at the beginning of the semester, during examination and vacation.
- Repair and maintenance of buses (not under lease) from time to time
- Preparation of budget estimation for transport.
- Verification of Driving licences of drivers and fitness Certificates of buses
- Proposals for the Purchase of new buses as per the students registration.
- Preparation and Renewal of private bus contract as per the need.
